Monarch Treasures is a family-owned and operated business based in Southern Maryland, proudly serving families throughout the DMV area. Founded in honor of our beloved grandmother, whose spirit continues to guide and inspire us—our company is built on love, legacy, and the belief that every life deserves to be remembered with beauty and dignity. The butterfly, a symbol of transformation and remembrance, became our emblem, a reflection of her life and the lives we now help others memorialize.

We were introduced to the memorial industry in 2021 by our dear friend Mack, a well-respected figure in the funeral and cemetery space. With a heart of gold and an unwavering belief in our purpose, Mack not only inspired Monarch Treasures, he championed it.  With his encouragement, guidance, and endless support, we took our first steps into helping us turn our love for people into a meaningful way to serve families during their most tender moments. Mack wasn’t just a mentor, he was our biggest cheerleader, and his belief in us lives on in everything we do.

What started as a tribute to one life has grown into a mission to honor many. As a family-run business, legacy means everything to us. We understand the power of a single photo to tell a story, to preserve a memory, and to bring comfort for generations.
