Ordering With Monarch Treasures
Step 1: Submit Your Photo
Send us your photo(s) along with the preferred shape, size, and choice of background. We accept both digital and scanned images and will assess each file for optimal quality before preparing your proof.
We have also provided 3 sample backgrounds that you may choose if you wish.
Step 2: Digital Proof & Approval
Once we’ve received your photo, our design team will create a detailed digital proof tailored to your specifications. You’ll have the opportunity to review it closely and request any modifications as needed, whether it’s adjusting colors, enhancing clarity, or fine-tuning details. We want to ensure every detail meets your expectations before we move forward with production.
Step 3: Production & Delivery
After your approval, we begin the kiln-firing process at a high temperature to permanently fuse the image, ensuring vibrant color, weather resistance, and long lasting durability. Once complete, orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly to your business or designated location within one to two weeks, and for those within a short distance, local delivery is also available.
